There are several points that must be considered if a person is using online services. The proof that a writing company is legit is usually its obligation for a product’s quality and safety of your payment. Despite the safe purchase window, you should take into account whether it is possible to return the payment if you do not receive the satisfactory product.
An online cooperation with the customers can be established mainly on two principles: a good reputation and trust. One would not be able to delegate an important task without being sure that a writer is reliable and, what is more, to pay a certain amount for its completion. This is why every buyer here can get their payment back if the rules of the money back policies are followed.
The first step for you to take if you would like to apply for a refund is contacting the Dispute Department of our company via email (the email address can be obtained from the support team) and informing the responsible personnel. The process duration is approximately 10 days as all the details must be examined carefully by the Manager.
Every customer can start a refund application during the period of ten days when a work was finished and not approved.
Depending on certain conditions you can receive a full, partial or no refund. Check these conditions here:
Canceling the order: a type of refund will depend on the time when you decide about the order’s cancelation. If you do it right after it was placed and there is no writer for the paper so far you can receive the full refund. If the writer was assigned the company assures 70% of refund. In case more than half of the time limit allocated passes the possible refund is 30%. When the writer finishes the paper the order cannot be canceled.
Unsatisfactory quality / not meeting the instructions: if you are not contented with the paper which you receive you are to provide the DD with the arguments and make sure that you contact them within 10 days after you receive the paper. Also, do not forget that at least 3 revisions are to be performed for your order.
Delivered later than promised. The service guarantees that all papers will be sent within the time frame which they set in the order form. The paper’s lateness can be caused by the fact that you give the permission to the writer to have an extension for the order’s completion or if you do not provide a clarification or files timely.
In case your order is still late without you giving an extension or a clarification pending you can request a partial refund:
If the order’s deadline is 5 days or less the price will be set for to the longer deadline cost and we will refund the cost of difference.
If a limit of time was 7 or 14 days and the work was sent later the customer is able to get a partial refund of 10% from the amount paid.
Plagiarism issue. The company guarantees that the similarity rate will be kept according to your instructions. But when the customer complains about the high similarity they are to provide the valid report about plagiarism.
The customer pays twice for the purchase. If the customer was charged twice which happened by mistake – one payment amount is returned to the them. The same rule works for the identical papers ordered if one of them was made mistakenly.
Delay of revised work is a non-refundable feature and is reviewed by the DD directly sometimes.
Extra options are non-refundable with the exception of writer’s level if the team has not found the specialist to write the paper yet.
